I’m a yoga teacher and mother who teaches from lived experience rather than theory. My work is rooted in embodied spirituality and nervous system awareness, supporting practitioners, especially parents, in weaving yoga into real life. I guide with warmth and honesty, helping people practice through relationship, responsibility, and daily interruption without abandoning who they are or what they value.
